Our October meeting is scheduled for 12 October when we will receive a presentation by Akarua Winery, one of the largest family-owned vineyards in Central Otago; producing 100% estate-grown, award-winning wines across two sub-regions. They are focused on producing Pinot Noir and sparkling wine. However that will depend on the Covid level that we must operate under at that time.
Dahl & Nash Fine Wines will present a selection of wines from their global wine trade on 9th November. They have presented to North Shore Wine and Food previously and members have been always delighted with their selection of rigorously curated wines. Hopefully we may be able to meet on that occasion.
Our end-of-year luncheon will be held in December, the details of which are still to come.
